1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to:

• Product availability
• Delivery area confirmation
• Payment authorization
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

2. Pricing & Currency

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Subscription pricing remains fixed during the active billing cycle.

3. Payment Methods

We accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer
• Debit/Credit Card via Bank Alfalah Payment Gateway
• All online payments are subject to bank authorization and fraud screening.

4. Product Scope

• Fresh milk delivery: Lahore only (selected areas).
• Desi ghee: Available for nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate delivery information
• Be available at delivery time or arrange safe drop
• Store dairy products properly after delivery

6. Limitation of Liability

Jannat Farms is not responsible for:

• Improper storage after delivery
• Customer absence at delivery time
• Delays due to weather, strikes, or force majeure events

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
