Due to the perishable nature of dairy products, the following applies:

Eligible for Replacement / Credit

• Complaint reported within the same delivery day
• Product unused and properly stored
• Quality issue verified by Jannat Farms

Not Eligible

• Product consumed or boiled
• Complaint after the same day
• Damage due to improper storage
• Refund Method & Timeline
• Card payments: Refunded via Bank Alfalah within 7–14 working days after approval.
• COD orders: Store credit or bank transfer.
